For the precise internal and external turning of wedding rings and bangles
Our lathes are specially designed for the processing of wedding rings and bangles. The separation of internal and external processing on two machines ensures high productivity. All necessary turning functions (flat machining, radius, side processing and edge break) can be carried out successively without modifications on the machines.
A quick clamping system with the use of clamping jaws and clamping levers guarantees very fast working. The lever systems on the supports also allow very efficient working and high repeatability of the ring geometries. A minimum lubrication system ensures good cooling of the diamond tools and minimal contamination of the chips.
