Circular sawing machine MTS 10 for tubes
The MTS 10 has been specially designed for the production of wedding rings. The automatic vice is controlled by the same manual hand switch as the saw blade. Thereby the clamping of the tube by hand prevented, which guarantees very high productivity. The special clamping system prevents formation of burr, the rings can be further processed immediately. The flexible stop system greatly simplifies the serial production. By specially designed tray for this purpose the precious metal waste can be easily collected. The flexible cooling system ensures good cooling, long service life of saw blades and can be used for cleaning the work area.

Automatic sawing machine HATS 11
System for automatically cutting of tubes for semi-finished wedding-ring products. The work orders for cutting of different ring-widths in different numbers are entered on the digital control panel. The machine performs the operation by fully automatic.When using additional sorting unit, the rings are collected and sorted by width. By using of a very thin blade(0.3 mm) noble metal wastes are reduced. A built-in sensor constantly checks the diameter of the tube and protects the system from incorrect programming.
